  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days once your order is dispatched.
  • Order Preparation Time: As each batch of our homemade chocolate is carefully crafted, please allow up to 7 days for order processing. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days, but timing may vary based on order volume.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order:
    • Under 1.5 kg: £5
    • 1.5 - 10 kg: £8
  • Express Delivery: If you need your order sooner, please contact us on WhatsApp for express delivery options.
  • Packaging: To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition, we use specialized temperature-controlled packaging. This helps protect your chocolates from heat during transit, so they stay fresh and delicious.
  • Delivery Notifications: After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you experience any delays or issues with tracking, please reach out on WhatsApp. We can provide a reference number to take to your local post office for additional assistance.
