At Anemona Sweets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our homemade chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues, including offering store credit or a replacement where appropriate.
